You may request a return or refund within 20 days of receiving your item.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless the item is defective or another exception applies.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Any free gifts (if applicable) must be included in the return
If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may decline the refund or apply deductions based on condition.
We cover return shipping costs for eligible refund requests.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if necessary, a return label or confirmed return address.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may cause delays or lost parcels.
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing typically takes 4 –12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., color or variation), please contact us first.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 20 days and items must meet return conditions.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may recommend a refund instead.
Orders that have not shipped may be cancelled for a full refund
Orders that have shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process after delivery
If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo/video evidence.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover the related costs.
